Position Description 

The role of an Accounts Payable Analyst involves managing the financial aspects of a company's payable accounts. Responsibilities include processing invoices, verifying accuracy, and ensuring timely payments to vendors. The Analyst reconciles accounts, addresses discrepancies, and maintains positive relationships with vendors. Compliance with company policies and financial regulations is crucial, and the Analyst may contribute to process improvements. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and proficiency in accounting software are essential for success in this role.   • Analyze and Process accounts payable transactions to ensure control and accounting policy are met.
  • Review Accounts Payable ledger and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Identify and report variances in purchase order invoicing.
  • Present invoices for payment.
  • Responsible for reconciling assigned accounts and vendors.
  • Prepare management reports.
  • Assist in preparing monthly accruals.
  • Assist employees with travel expense reporting using Concur, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely submission.
  • Track and reconcile travel expenses to ensure proper allocation and adherence to budgetary guidelines.
  • Assist leadership with research and reporting needs.

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Experience using ERP software.
  • Proficiency in using Concur or other travel management platforms.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
